Cable on my ROOF

Two years back i came back from work only to find that Eskom cable is on top of my roof,I phoned them it was June to tell them about the cable on top of my roof they told me it will take 6 months to fix my problem,it was fine by me,i waited till this year nothing happened,on the 16th of April 2015 i phoned them again this time gave me a ref no which is *** promised me that withing a month my problem will be attended nothing has been done,on the 1st of September 2015 i phone them again this time again they gave me this ref no*** saying in just two days they will contact me to fix my problem still nothing has been done,the cable is on top of my roof i cant do nothing,my house is not yet finished because of that cable,now i see why people has to do things on their own because this stupid Eskom their service sucks,imagine almost three years i have been waiting for their service,i have heard people complaining about Eskom now i see how bad this company is.
