CABLE DOWN

<p>I had a power failure on Tuesday at 3.00 am and i call ********** 566 at 8.10 on Tuesday and i was told to wait for six hours and I will be helped . Now it been 24 hrs without electricity and Eskom is paying games with me I have used R85.00 airtime to make all this call and nobody bothered to call me back to let me know tht my electricity will not be restored. This morning when I called I was told that the reason why my electricity was not restored but becasue I leave in a red area, my question is why they did not attend my faulty cable before 7.00 pm</p> <p>My seven year old eat yoghurt for supper yesterday and this for breakfast, i had to wipe him with cold wet wipes this morning before he can go to school. i had to bath at work because I dont have hot water.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 27th of May I went to buy enough fridge stuff for me and my son to last us up until the 25th of June, now all that food will go to waste bcz i dont have electiricty.</p> <p> </p> <p>ESKOM MUST STOP PLAYING AND MAKING FUN OF PEOPLE, TODAY WHNEN I CALLED I SPOKE TO LUTHANDO JACOBS AND HE REALLY MADE FUN OF ME AND MY SITUATION AND WHEN I ASKED FOR HIS SUPERVISOR TO TOLD ME THAT THEY ARE BUSY THE SUPERVISOR WILL CONTACT ME BACK.</p>
