Buying Electricity for Bad Service

Hello Peter... I am buying electricity for my mom who stays with my 1 year old son so that should she experience and electrical faults she wont suffer. On Sunday 15/05/2016 we experienced load shedding but when electricity came back my house and few other didnt had a low electricity supply.

We couldn't turn on the lights but the only thing that we could turn on was the television. We called Eskom REF:173 268 489 around 16h45-17h00 and the technicians only came the next day. They came and fixed the fused which only lasted for 5min. We then called again REF: 173 397 163, now this one was worse because he said he had fixed the fault knowin gvery well that he didnt even look at the transformer nor get out of the car but when we called for follow up we were told that the fault was fixed.

Then on the very same day 2 technicians still using REF: 173 397 163 told us that the technician who was fixing the tarnsformer earlier Sunday is the one who messed up the wiring and they do not deal with wiring.

Today is the 17/05/2016 still the matter os not resolved REF:173 494 052 is the 3rd reference number. The last technicians to come/report/closed REF: 173 397 163 of the matter told that we need a new transformer but when you call Eskom they say their report shows that the fuse was replaced yet they didnt touch anything.

My light in the kitchen just broke last night, my fridge is damaged and the groceries rotten. The money that I am using to call Eskom is the money i should be buying electricity with. My mom and son are also suffering because they have to depend pn the neighbours for him to get warm formula and hot bath.

I am so disappointed.
