BURNED DANGER BOX AND STILL NO TECHNICIAN AVAILABLE

I am writing this a very angry client, after logging a call on Saturday because that was the only time I ever got an assistance, I was informed that a technician will be sent out within 6-8 hours and till today now no one has been to the house and have a look at the danger box. We haven't had power since last Thursday the 2nd of august at approximately 20:16pm, called Eskom then and was told that we have to call the municipality as the matter had nothing to do with them I was then taken from one supplier to the next because Joburg city was also not helping. Saturday morning I called the call center again and a lady by the name of Katlego assisted by listening to what my problem was and did something of which she logged a call for a technician to come out, but unfortunately that was all she could do and we've waiting till then, still no power and informed that the matter is sent to a manager and marked as an emergency. No manager has called to find out if we ok from a burning danger box we have complaint about, and we still without electricity in this cold weather!!!!!!!!!!
