Bring back our money ESKOM SIYABUSWA

Bad service ever I've requested eskom at Siyabuswa to assist my family with moving our eskom meter box at home to the other house, it's been three months now but still they haven't assisted us. They said I need to pay R2500.00 at their offices so that they can assist me but they never came to move the eskom meter box. It's been 3 months and when ever we call they give us lame excuses. Why did they take our money if they knew that they will never assist us??? We payed cash at their offices in Siyabuswa.
