Small Farms Evaton residents in Milner Road have been without power for two weeks. power outage has been reported numerous times with more than 10 reference numbers. every time we go to the PALM SPINGS Branch we get told to wait four hours before an electrician will come or they have sent an electrician to come already.<br> <br> The latest development is that residents have been told that a BRIBERY is required before en electrician s can come and fix the problem.
