These people are either brain dead or too stupid to understand that a SASSA pensioner earning a miserable R1920 per month cannot afford to pay an estimated account of R1599.77. How the hell do they expect you to survive for a month on R320.23. The mind boggles at their menatllity, I cant wait to hear the excuses
