Blown Up Transformer

Hi there I called Eskom today at 13:37 in regards to the transformer that blew up in May and Eskom Technicians came out and accuse my grandmother of tampering of which she never tempered with any Eskom box or transformer. She’s been asked to pay R6052.60 for tampering and they are also accusing her of not being gone and she’s always home she’s 93 where will she go.

Please what is going to happen now since May no one is coming to fix the transformer. What is the way forward now? I hereby attached the Charge Sheet that the Technicians left her with.

The above email I sent to Eskom and they never responded. I called and the minute I mention money Eskom Technicians asked for money, the lady dropped the call.
