Blank meterbox and electrity is not working

We have been without electricity since 15 December 2020,we reported the incident on the following as per reference no ***.we waited for the technicians to come out but no one came,when I did follow up on the reference no I was told that the it was closed on 23 December 2020, I got a new reference no *** I've been doing following up on this no getting the same answer that technicians will come. We had to throw away meat and other stuff that we keep in the fridge on top of that we are facing this pandemic we don't money to just buy food and throw it up.
