Blackout and no help from Eskom

We have been on a blackout for the past 37 hours. No one is answering the phone. When we eventually do get hold of someone, they lie and say someone is coming. But till now nothing. Food is getting bad, I have two babies 3 years and 12 weeks. This is very painful. 3 homes are affected by this and the meter box is making weird sounds, which shows how dangerous it is. Yesterday they said because its just one house that called, they can't come. How selfish is that? What happen to service delivery in this country. We are staying in Gamtoos Crescent, Sillwood Heights, Eerste River, Western Cape.
