billions!?!

why does ESKOM take a month to answer a query - they have and are taking extra R960 per month for 6months to increase their "deposit" for an account that rarely goes over R3500 - 'security' of 6 or 7 times more than for the account? Where is the R2billion "missing" from Eskom, where is the R5billion taken from SARS, where are the billions for COVID relief and PPE?
