Billed for 2 years without knowing, after property sold.

<p>I am currently facing threats of blacklisting and legal action from Eskom's debt collection agency. I sold a property in 2012 and was billed until 2014. Eskom never alerted me to this fact. 4 years later I get threatening calls.Why could they not contact me earlier to inform me that I was incurring these costs? I don't even have a bill, any paperwork or any explanation - just threatening calls from their debt collection agency. Apparently someone mysteriously cancelled my account in 2014. Not me. I would like an explanation from Eskom. But finding the right person to speak to is difficult. I hope somebody can help.</p>
