Been two full weeks since i went out of power, getting reject error when recharging

Since 16th of August until today i’ve been out of power when i recharge voucher hets rejected, i’ve been reporting the matter to Eskom no one seems bothers, the gave me a voucher to recharge buy it gave me same error. I’m so dissapointed with their service
