Been logging a couple of calls for a faulty meter and I must say the last interaction with the last agent is nothing short of unbearable and unpleasant.

Rude and unprofessional call centre agents (Khulo or whatever his name is )is so arrogant sies 🚮 , he was behaving like that because he probably knows nothing will be done about his behaviour.
