<p>In 2013 I bought I house and I have never stayed in it. I then logged call with ESKOM to check if the meter was not tempted with. Eskom have never went to properly.in</p> <p>June 2016 logged call again and this month. The eviction was done and I have been told to pay for fine 6000.this is unfair. Rand water replaced the meter with no fee but Eskom want me to pay </p>
