Basically venting on how bad this Entity is

Honestly know a review won't make any difference, because Eskom does not care about consumers. I am just tired of *********** people running important aspects at entities that are supposed to deliver an important product & service. How can one always have unit breakdowns and maintenance issues. R-E-D-U-N-D-A-N-C-Y, learn the word Eskom.
