Basic human right extremely undermined

I stay in 51 Seranade street Scottsdene Kraaifontein I lost power on my prepaid box and it was smelling and I reported the matter on Monday reference number was given to me I visited the site on Tuesday 28/04/2026 I recieved a verd bad reception from the security and the people that were on standby every van that I could speak to they told me that they are going to the farms. So in Eskom Kraaifontein the location is not serviced by the standby people it's only farms. Up until today I don't have power I can't cook can't wash I'm in the dark.
