BAS SWEVICE FROM ESKOM

I have been calling Eskom toll free for complaints, the electricity box next to my house is open it’s been broken for the past 2yrs we can’t lock it, everyday someone comes and switches off electricity at our house, small school kids play there every time after school as our house is front opposite a primary school! Should anything happen those kids get electrocuted or someone endangers me and my family because of that open danger box what is going to happen? Who will be held liable??
