Bad/No Service from Eskom

we have app**** for Electricity on the 16th of April this year and till to date it has not been done. we have been to the Eskom offices in Louis Trichadt several times and we get told that we are still in the list. Ref: ********** 62, even the eskom call centre has not been of help. how long does it take for people living in the rural areas to get electricity even though all the infrustructure has been installed and we merely need eskom to just connect us from the street to the house. this is bad and unacceptable service from Eskom. i can be contact on ********** 728
