Bad sevice for esko

We need hlp from u we have problem since last year August with our miter box ***1 we call eskom many time they keep us promising every day the are caming till today we ***** didn't get help its been 6 mnth nw we staying in dack house. So we dont now what must do where coz their office are close. Can u help u our hope it's on u gys we are desparate.
