Bad servisr

Iam very disappointed, I dnt know why because eskom doesn’t have respect for us ( the public) but I still expected more from them. Anyway, I had an outage since Thursday and Iam the only one with the problem, I reported it on the same day and since it’s still not fixed, to top it off when I enquire I get rude consultants that don’t even want to give their names. I wish eskom would stop the disrespect it’s giving us. Peoples lives are at stake and they dnt give a damn
