Bad service they dont care about people

I have reported that i dont have electricity on the 05 of may the whole phosisa street doesn’t have electricity we have been going to eskom office but with no help ref ***. The was a fire on the pole meaning that was an emergency they didn't bother to come . Still now we dont have electricity . If the is a power suppy that we can use besides eskom let us know
