Bad Service That Lacks Honesty Poor Service Delivery

There are ******* who stole our cable on Friday. Since i started to call eskom on saturday to report yje matter to them they did not answer the number they say it's available 24hours even on weekends. I spent almost close to 200 and something on airtime trying to get hold of eskom. I am running a business at home now everything i am selling is now rotten because there is no electricity. Since eskom said they Will come yesterday they did not come.. i called them again today still they did not come. What kind of service does eskom serve? Its not right if they could not make it they should have said so. This is not on. 2 days without electricity how do they think we are surviving?
