Bad Service & Shocking Support

Still awaiting from last year for Eskom to refund me my units from my previous pre paid box which they installed. They still haven't registered my meter so unable to buy online. We have to find a shop that has this facility available for unregistered meters. its such an inconvenience. Call center no help at all. The chat bot is just a useless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
