Bad service-reference numbers ***

<p>September 2016 I made an application with Eskom .They went at my place January this year to do quotation. I phoned the call centre to do a follow up,they told me I need to go to the branch in Butterworth.I told them I cannot drive all the way from jhb to Butterworth to get a quote. The lady at the call centre said I will get an sms up until today I didn't get an sms.I am tired of phoning call centre of eskom. They are just a bunch of useless people. Someone need to call me & tell me what the hell is going on. Why is it taking so long . I'm tired of being sent from pillar to post. </p>
