BAD SERVICE ON FIXING POWER PROBLEM

Report ref ********** 99 This has go on to long now. For the past 2 months we have this nonsense of power going off during stormy wind weather.. Every flipped week it happen and sometimes more. Why does your electricians not sorting this problem out once and for all..? We are fed up because already have to replace 3 alarm battery's and for a pensioner is it a huge expense. Sort your **** out please. Because off constant power failure like this that is not fixed properly YOU are loosing money to overtime, you are whining about money THIS IS WHERE YOUR MONEY ALSO GOING.... TO OVERTIME AND YOU STAFF ISS RIPPING YOU OFF BY NOT FIXING PROBLEMS
