Bad service from the technician

So disappointed with Eskom I logged a complaint on the 3/7/2024 that I have a problem with meter box, the technician came to fix it but they said it can’t be fixed so they will change it but they don’t have meter box at the moment.Since that day I have been waiting for a meter box until they came to change it on the 8/8/2024.They changed it and left saying they going to register it and come back tomorrow to put the units I had.They never came back I called eskom again and the call centre lady tried to help me by all means but couldn’t.She then logged another complaint for me.Then technician came again on 14/8/2024 but didn’t even enter my house only asked what type of meter box I have when I said Nyamezela they said those meter box don’t work.My question was why did the other technician come and change my meter box to this Nyamezela knowing it does not work?Atleast the one I had my some other this where working accept appliances and I was not in the dark.Now I don’t have electricity at all and eskom does not know how long it will take.
