Bad service from Eskom khayelitsha area

Its been 5 days now with no electricity and even after numerous calls and consultation with Eskom in the khayelitsha area nothing has happened only false and empty promise, how am i supposed to live with no hot water, my food in the fridge, is this how Eskom work in our areas, will this have happened if it was in a surbub area?
