Bad service from eskom

It's been 2 days without electricity and I have 2 weeks old baby. I have been calling the call center and all get is ref numbers.There is no one from eskom who came to assist but keep closing the queries.Ref numbers are : ***, ***, ***. I m the only one in my area without electricity.
