BAD SERVICE FROM ESKOM

ESKOM BAD SERVICE .My mother have been waiting for eskom to come and fix her electricity since yesterday. Nothing has happened yet. She keeps calling them. Already she has two reference no. (Ref no. *** , Ref no. ***. Meter no *** address 6860 lekhoaba crescent ext9 marimba gardens vosloorus 1475 ,From them but no one has come. We are very frustrated because now we are spending money we don't have to call them but no response from their side. She is an old lady that buy her electricity every month. Please assist .
