Bad service from Eskom!

Been calling Eskom and they keep giving me Reference numbers without help! Ref no: 310903, *** and ***. My house is the only one without electricity and the box is blank! I just called them gain for the hundredth time and apparently on "their system" I have been helped and the case is closed! My Fridge is defrosted! Is Eskom going to buy everything I lost due to their incompetency? How long will I wait?
