Bad Service from Eskom

On the 6th of September i got cut off from the with a discomnection note addressed to someone i am not, let alone know. This agent didn't call to comfirm who the house owner is, he just got into my property and vandalized my Meter Box, with false accusations of a bridge, when i have been running out of and buying electricity for the past 2-3 yrs of occupying that house. I cannot get hold of eskom on the *** as per their web page. I cannot get any operating eskom offices around Tsakane and my family is dying of the cold and we are still unable to get assistance from Eskom.:-(
