Bad service from Eskom.

For the past weeks im on a call with Eskom and - not getting the help i need. They cant resolve the problem entirely, so we issues every now and then. Initially i could buy electricity, then i cant check my electricity balance, now between 18th and today 400 units gone with a house of 2 pensioners who dont cook everyday. Only appliances plugged is fridge and TV. This is bad. The amount of time and money used to call them is really too much. Cant they just do one thing and do it right. Today ive been on a waiting line for 1h30 minutes just to get help. Why did you you discontinue offices in areas such as Polokwane and Lebowakgomo if your call centre takes this long to answer calls ?
