Bad service from Eskom

My mother is been having problem for months now when she buys electricity for 200 it becomes 64 we have been to Eskom in Kokstad they cant help us we have been to Eskom in Umtata they also cant help us they say its Eskom that is in Aliwal North that should help us we from Mountfrere but when we call customer care they say Aliwal North doesnt have office number its so frustrating because people from Eskom they keep sending us to different people telling us to wait for certain days and those days pass nothing changes when Eskom from Mount Alyf sent a technician to check then Lady was rude to my father instead and did not even want to touch the box and see what is really going they just say someone changed our tarriff thats why 200 electricity goes to 64 which is abnormal.
