BAD SERVICE FOR PEOPLE IN RURAL AREAS

To whom it may concern at Eskom in lady smith.

am writing out of anger and disappointment from the service not provided to me as a client or community. 4 years ago we have bought a transformer from eskom since we do not receive service delivery from the state at LENGE IN LADY SMITH MNAMBITHI, WE PAID 15000 PLUS . we then app**** for prepared instate of the normal rating electricity till to-date nothing has been done, we have been pay 700 plus every month while we not even using the electricity for stove and other things only using it for plunging the fridge. first of all all other section before Lenge they have electricity without paying or fighting for it while we paid for it in order for us to help people around us and the school. I NEED THIS BE SORTED OUT I NEED THIS BE CHANGED ASAP WE WANT PER- PAID ELECTRICTY NOT WHAT WE CURRENTLY HAVE.
