BAD SERVICE ESKOM NKANDLA

We re experience a very bad service with Eskom in Nkandla, Madiyane close to Nkosinezigi Sec school. We have a problem with the teansfomer EHN60 we've been reporting it for a long time as it gives us a problem each and every time if there's a storm it's not in a good condition and they're aware of it they said their policy atEskom it needs to bust first before they come and change it, this is not acceptable because each time there's storm the electricity went off and it will take forever for them to com and fix,they will fix the close by areas but it will take forever to come and fix our problem we end up our food getting stale, meat in the fridge last time it went off from 31Dec 2023 and they fixed it 16days, now it went off on Friday last week 16th February 2024 till current it's not been fixed. Can you imagine about our food? They re aware bout this transfomer but they're waiting for it to burst before they come to fix it. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL. When we go to the offices they re jot there all the time my meter number is still not been verified *** it was 17th of January when they gave us this new meter number till to date it is not registered but luckily we can buy an electricity
