Bad service! Eskom Mnandi service station

<p>We have not had a stable electricity connection from last year to this day Eskom does not want to resolve our issues(i have a list of the reference numbers logged as proof). recently a house burned the cable that supplies us with electricity caught fire, i logged an emergency (ref: ********** 93) on the 22/07/2017 to this day it has not been resolved. The result of the cable burning has caused a power surge in our houses we lost our appliences, i logged follow up calls (Ref: ********** 28, ********** 07, ********** 72) but still no service. I tried to escalate, spoke to call center team ********** has not responded to my escalations from last year. I have logged so many calls, tried your levels of escalation but nothing seems to help. Exams were prepared for in candle last this winter, we had cold baths we have children for heaven's sake. we are trying our best to be civil about this but ESKOM AND THEIR MNANDI SERVICE STATION KEEPS SHOWING US THE MIDDLE FINGER.</p>
