bad service

Good day. We have lodged outages at Mokopane(Moshate) two days ago still we have no one to assist us and Eskom consultant act like they will send someone to come and assist us. How long should we wait?

I don't want to talk about damages these has cost by neglecting us. I am selling chickens already 50 of my chickens died. Eskom should be liable for more damages if this wont be attended. My reference (***)
