Bad service delivery

I spoken to Nontoboko Nocele from Eskom call center in KZN she does offer any help regarding turning on the electricity in the house at 207 Zone 7 Pimville Mthunduluka Street 1809 she was lazy again and spoke but offered no help Eskom is already bad company I'm many ways possible the call center agents worse
