Bad Service Delivery
im not happy with eskom service i have been reporting my meter box for 2 weeks no help technician come into my place he never did anything i even go to dayveton offices i got no assistance i buy electricity every month i have got unit on my box but i cant use them i have been calling their call centre no help technician regent my query what must i do if the big service provider like eskom cant help me if i need help for 2 weeks they keep on telling me different stories giving me different references everyday im not a happy customer anyone who can help me my kids are starving because of unqualified people working for eskom technician who come saturday and say he will come but he didnt very disapointed buy electricity every month but poor service .dayvton offices eskom didnt assist me as well

22 Sept 2018, 08:31complain again wait for eskom but no respond technician says he come but he didnt come reference ********** 85 time technician 18;58 when i called call centre want to know who is the technician who is operating around tswelopelo area tembisa who is incompetant and dishonestly im tired of this technician and which office is operating in tembisa between dayvton office and northrand cnc office revonia because either they regent my request i have buy r300 electricity i want to use my units please replace my meter box late reference which i got now ********** 23 phone number ********** 076 im very angry with eskom anyone who want to assist me today i need electricity it been 2 weeks just reporting a meter box this is bad .dayvton offices and northrand cnc please help stop what you are doing supervisor do your job please need help agent
