I would like to log a complaint for meter no *** Address 29506 Izimbali Street Zone 12 Meadowlands.

07 May 2023 On bought electricity we struggle loading on the metre box it was not responding. Later in the afternoon we called spoke to Cebisile she gave us a reference number (***).

08 May 2023 We called again spoke to Marcia in the morning at 10:00 she advised a technician was sent at 08:35, no show. 15:30 we called again spoke to Irene advised technicians are on the way but they are knocking off at 16:00 no show, she advised if no one comes they will send someone today again no show.

My sister also went to Eskom Zola she was atteneded at the gate they took her numbers, meter number and adress they advised the will send someone.

This is indeed not acceptable we have food that is getting spoiled we have wasted airtime on non-deliver, Service is pathetic and unacceptable. Can we have assistance I have logged a Hello Peter complaint as well if no response or service I will proceed a log a complaint with the Ombudsman.
