Bad service

I have a bad experience with Eskom, we have been staying without electricity from the 22nd of August 2021 till now its not fixed they keep on coming with excuses for rwpairing a Transformer. We are in Eshowe kzn Umlalazi trfr PEU20. I wish we had a different source of electricity like solar power there is no use of Eskom its like WHO YOU KNOW TO BE HELPED.
