Bad service by eskom in Butterworth

I'm not happy with the service of Eskom in Eastern cape Butterworth,my granny (in willowvale Nqadu location )did not have power in the house for 3 months now,they reported the problem nothing has been done till date.imagine a person depend on grant having to buy candles,parrafin and gas?from what money?please Do Your Job!!!!!!
