Bad service

Eskom is not being fair to us, we haven't been having electricity for 3 weeks now here in Evaton west x11, it selected houses, we have been going up n down to eskom branches, we have been calling with no luck, they always give nje ref numbers telling us that they have sent someone to attend to the issue nothing. On top of that we dont owe eskom since we are buying electricity but we dont have electricity. What is happening to our food our fridges it's a mess. What is the use of buying electricity if we wont have it, what are we paying for vele? And the staff at the branches are so rude they assisting people over the fence I wonder why as we are on level 1😡🤬👎👎this is not on
