Bad service at eskom sebokeng him

I was at eskom, sebokeng hub. Their customer service department is closed and was told no one could assist me since i was having power problems. Furthermore 2 employees approched me by my car, stating that they don’t know about the fault. On prompt, they said technicians are busy with it, and when i wanted proof, an employee by the name off Toto wanted to man handle me i quote “i will put eskom job aside and face you man to man” that was his words after he open my car forcefully. Im dissapointed and sad at the customer service i recieved. I have been without electricity for 24hrs and im a loyal customer. I try to fight for my rights and no effort was done to help me, only heresay
