Bad service and so unprofessional

I’ve called eskom from the 2nd of November and they haven’t arrived at all every time I call them they say there investigating and they make me hold for a long time and no feedback until they drop the line am so disappointed in the lack of professionalism I’ve been waiting for a technician for 5 hole days
