Bad service

I have a problem with load shedding schedule in Johannesburg. Booysen side don't get load shedding it's over 3 weeks now. How is that supposed to happen when other areas are getting 2 to 3 load shedding between 2 to 4 hours in a day.

Can the authorities please explain how is this possible?.
