BAD SERVICE

Good morning. ESKOM is making us pay for the sins of people who don't buy electricity. My area has been out of electricity for 3 weeks now due to a damaged transformer. We have reported the matter to ESKOM and the ESKOM guys came and did an audit to see who buys electricity and who does not. Since the audit ESKOM has been quiet. I don't know about other houses but in my house we buy electricity every month without fail. We are now left without electricity because of a number of houses that have not been buying electricity. ESKOM WE WANT ANSWERS. WHY ARE YOU PUNISHING INNOCENT PEOPLE FOR THE SINS OF OTHER PEOPLE?
