Bad service

I have send all the documents requested or required but have not received any feedback till today... Its now been 3 weeks of silence, with no electricity for more than 4 months. I have spent more than R500 calling client care no 1 answers, instead my airtime get finished without speaking to an agent. What am I supposed to do now... Can i at least be called by someone. I i can be contact on *** or ***.
