Bad Service

I fail to understand how one can make a call to ask for help when u have a problem and not get help. I make a call to eskom costume care requesting assistance with that power shortage we experience due to a fail cause by main on the Street pol. From the morning we have received help and now we have to sleep and wake up in darkness and no power.
